JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners who are Directors of the fourth accused Company in Crime No.50/2023 registered by Halasur Police Station, Bengaluru City for the offence punishable under Ss. 406, 417, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506(B), 120B read with Sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short hereinafter referred to as ' IPC ') are before this Court under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned HCGP appearing for the respondent- State.

(3.) Complainant Sandeep V., son of Varadaiah M., had filed PCR No.906/2021 before IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore and the Jurisdictional Magistrate had referred the said complaint to the Jurisdictional Police who in turn had registered FIR in Crime No.50/2023 as against five persons.
