JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel Sri. M.A. Subramani accepts notice for the respondents.

(2.) In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking for quashing the Notification dtd. 25/4/2023 (Annexure- D), passed by respondent No.2, whereby respondent No.2 has called for applications from the eligible candidates for filling up of the vacancies to the post of peons.

(3.) I have heard the learned Senior counsel Sri. Prabhuling K. Navadgi, appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel Sri. M.A. Subramani appearing for the respondents.
