(1.) The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to declare the Karnataka Act 26 of 2015 published in the Karnataka Special State Gazette Part-IVA, No.635 vide Notification in [xxxxxxxxxx] dtd. 3/6/2015 issued by the first respondent, stipulating mandatory conditions to all medical candidates who have completed UG, PG, Super Specialty courses to undergo one year rural service training in Government Primary Health Centers or Government Hospitals in the rural area as unconstitutional and unenforceable and is violation of the rights of the candidates under Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India.
(2.) Counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondents jointly submit that Writ Petition could be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.40566/2015 along with connected matters which is disposed of on 30/8/2019.
