JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the Order dtd. 16/4/2021 issued by the respondent No.2 (Annexure-A), challenging the appointment of the respondent No.4 as Anganawadi Helper at Byatagaranahalli Anganawadi Centre.

It is the case of the petitioner that, respondent has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill up the post of Anganawadi Helpers / Workers at Davanagere District as per Notification dtd. 20/7/2020 (Annexure-B). Petitioner and respondent No.4 along with others have made an application to the post of Anganawadi Helper at Byatagaranahalli Anganawadi Centre. The respondent - authorities have selected one Smt. Shilpa Bai as per provisional list dtd. 16/1/2021 (Annexure- G). The petitioner has filed objections to the provisional list and thereafter, the respondent - authorities have selected respondent No.4 to the post of Anganawadi Helper at Byatagaranahalli Anganawadi Centre. Feeling aggrieved by the same, petitioner has presented this Writ Petition.

(3.) I have heard Sri. Maruti G.B., learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri. M.S. Nagaraja, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
