JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner who is accused No.2 in S.C.No.539/2022 dtd. 23/12/2022, pending before the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udupi (sitting at Kundapura) arising out of Crime No.140/2022 registered by the Byndoor Police Station for the offences punishable under Ss. 302 and 201 of IPC, is before this Court seeking regular bail.
