JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.PC. praying to enlarge the petitioner/accused No.1 on bail in Cr.No.193/2022 of Yeshwanthapura Police Station.

(2.) Charge sheet is filed for offences punishable under Ss. 304B, 302, 498A, 201 r/w Sec. 34 of IPC and Ss. 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent- State and perused the material on record.
