JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.K.Krishna., learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.Mohan.S., learned counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the status and the ranking of the parties shall be referred to as per their ranking in the Trial Court.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent urged several contentions. Heard the contentions urged on behalf of the respective parties and perused the writ papers and annexures with utmost care.
