JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this court calling in question an order dtd. 12/9/2023 by which the petitioner is repatriated to his original Post of Professor of the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS for short) from the Post of Director that he was appointed to.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel Shri V.M. Sheelavant appearing for the petitioner; learned AGA Shri M.M. Khannur appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3; and Shri V.R. Sarathy and Shri Sharanabasavaraj appearing for respondent No.4.
