JUDGEMENT

(1.) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dtd. 7/10/2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.105604/2018, wherein the learned Single Judge directed respondent No.2-Belagavi Urban Development Authority to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

(2.) Accused No.2 - Sri. Preetam Naslapure, Commissioner, Belgaum Urban Development Authority, is present before the Court.

(3.) Learned counsel Sri. M.A.Hulyal for accused No.2, files counter affidavit, dtd. 6/6/2023, of accused No.2 and also places on record a communication dtd. 30/5/2023 enclosing an endorsement dtd. 30/12/2021 issued to the petitioner on consideration of the representation.
