This petition is filed under Sec. 407 of Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of C.C.No.424/2016 pending on the file of the II JMFC, Belagavi, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 498(A), 323 324, 504, 506 read with Sec. 34 of IPC and Ss. 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court, Bengaluru.
