JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel Sri.Madhusudhan, appearing for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent -State.

(2.) The petition is filed under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C with the following prayer:

(3.) Brief facts of the case are as under: Smt.Purnima A.P., wife of Arun C. Padaki, filed a complaint with Jayanagar Police which was registered in Crime No.336/2018 on 5/10/2018. Gist of the complaint averments reveal that the complainant is working as a Teacher in a school and after attending the school, she was returning to her house and at about 4:30 p.m., a person intercepted her free movement sitting on a scooter and told that he is working in Lalitha Jewellers and snatched away her pair of bangles weighing 24 grams, worth Rs.72,000.00. After registering the case, Police have investigated the matter.
