(3.) Sri.Ganesh Reddy and his four brothers filed a suit seeking for a declaration that they had perfected their rights over the land bearing Sy.No.110, measuring 2 acres 20 gutnas, by way of adverse possession and a decree of perpetual injunction was also sought for against the State.
