JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused No.2 in Crime No.33/2023 registered by Pension Mohalla Police Station, Hassan for the offences punishable under Ss. 341, 504, 323, 307, 392 read with Sec. 34 of IPC, is before this Court under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) Based on the complaint lodged by one H.M. Amith on 16/4/2023, Pension Mohalla Police have registered a case in Crime No.33/2023 against Vinay and three others. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioner had filed bail application before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hassan under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C. in Crl. Misc.No.563/2023. The said application was dismissed on 3/6/2023. It is under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court.
