JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No.205/2022 of Channapatna Rural Police Station.

(2.) Heard both the sides and perused the material on record.

(3.) The complainant is the sister of deceased namely Geetha. Initially, the case was registered against unknown persons for offences punishable under Ss. 302 and 448 of IPC. The petitioner came to be arrested on 10/8/2022. On completion of investigation, charge sheet is filed for the offence under Ss. 302 and 201 of IPC.
