(3.) The challenge made in this revision petition is for rejection of an application filed under Order VII Rule 11(d) of C.P.C. and the prayer made in rejection of plaint under Order VII Rule 11(d) of C.P.C. and the same is dismissed. Hence, the present revision petition is filed.
