JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused No.15 in C.C.No.5699/2022 pending before the Court of II JMFC, Mysuru, for the offence punishable under Ss. 143, 302, 201, 342, 343, 323, 324 read with 149 of IPC, is before this Court seeking regular bail.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) On 9/2/2022 complaint was lodged by one Sri.Shivanna M., before Malavalli Police Station, Mandya District, based on which, F.I.R. was registered in Crime No.34/2022, for the offences punishable under Ss. 302 and 201 of IPC.
