The instant writ petition is filed with the prayer to direct respondent No.5, Gram Panchayat to enter the names of the petitioners in the property bearing VPC No.758/2 as per the registered sale deed dtd. 21/12/2001 and issue computer RTC by considering the resolution passed by respondent No.5, dtd. 15/9/2020 vide Annexure-L.
