JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the imposition of penalty of dismissal from the services of the Bank with immediate effect.

(2.) On 13/5/2008 a chargesheet was issued under the Regulation 6 of the Vijaya Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1981 (for short, 'Regulations').
