HAJEERA Vs. COMMISSIONER OF POLICE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of writ by nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner of Police to direct his Subordinate Authorities from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in terms of a Circular dtd. 14/11/2018 and has also sought for a direction to consider his representation/complaint registered on 7/12/2022 alleging such interference.

(2.) Heard the learned senior counsel Sri. Sandesh J.Chouta appearing for the petitioner and learned AGA Sri. M.Vinod Kumar appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was before this Court on an earlier occasion in W.P.No.19432/2021 which came to be disposed by an order of this Court dtd. 13/12/2021. The order reads as follows:
