ANMOL RATHNA KANDAR Vs. STATE OF KARNATAKA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.204/2022 of Yeshwanthapura Police Station.

(2.) Heard the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for State and perused the records of the case.

(3.) Complaint is lodged by one Abdul Rasheed A, owner of one Bangalore Residency Lodge situated near Yeshwanthapura railway station Bengaluru. It is alleged that on 9/6/2022 at about 07:30 pm, petitioner came along with one Deepa Padam(deceased) and took room No.205, furnishing the address proof and making entry in the lodge registry. On 10/6/2022 at about 01:00 pm a lady came and enquired about them and therefore, when the receptionist went and checked the said room, he saw the lady who had accompanied the petitioner was lying dead.
