JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.Ravi B.Patil., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Shivakumar R.Tengli., learned AGA for respondents 1 to 4 have appeared in person.

(2.) The captioned Writ Petition is filed to quash the Endorsement dtd.:6/10/2017 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Bidar - second respondent in No.LND.CON/CR- 45/2016-17 vide Annexure-H declining to grant conversion of the land of the petitioner from agricultural purposes to non- agricultural purposes and a consequent direction to the Deputy Commissioner to grant conversion of the land belonging to the petitioner for non-agricultural/ residential purposes.
