(2.) MFA Nos.2502/2010 and 2501/2010 are filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Tribunal .

(3.) As these appeals are arising out of a common judgment of the Tribunal, they are heard together, admitted and disposed of finally with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
