JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a claimant's appeal questioning the correctness and legality of judgment and award passed in MVC No. 848/2010 dated 12.10.2011 by MACT, Davanagere and seeking enhancement of compensation.

(2.) I have heard the arguments of learned Advocates appearing for the parties and perused the judgment and award in question as well as records secured from the Tribunal.
