JUDGEMENT

(1.) The judgment and decree passed by the I Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore City in O.S. No.5377/1990 is the subject matter of this appeal. The appeal is filed by the defendant before the trial Court.

(2.) The suit came to be filed for specific performance by the respondent herein (original plaintiff) in respect of a building situated in site No. 32 A carved out in Sy. No. 48 of Ulsoor, Bangalore measuring 17feet x 30 feet.
