JUDGEMENT

(1.) - These two revision petitions are filed challenging the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.25014/2011 on the file of Fast Track Court-III, P.O. & Addl. Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall Unit, Bangalore modifying the order of the XIV Addl. CMM Bangalore passed in C.C.No.53238/2009.
