JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by certain elections held to the Society run in the name of Schedule Caste (Harijan) House Building Co-operative Society Ltd, some members are before this Court.

(2.) In WP 12195-98/2013, petitioners who are eight in number, are seeking for quashing the order at annexure M passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore on 15.12.2012 and to dismiss the appeal filed therein and also to quash the order dated 16.2.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

(3.) The Society itself is before this Court in WP 4701/2013 seeking to quash the order dated 15.12.2012 passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore in Appeal 646/2010.
