JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE claimant is the father of deceased Santhosh, who died in a motor vehicle accident that took place on Davanagere-Channagiri road near VI milestone at about 6.30 p.m. on 20.04.2008.

(2.) THE finding of Tribunal on the issue of negligence has attained finality.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for claimant and learned counsel for Insurance Company.
