JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.Arjun R.Khot, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri.H.V.Devaraju., learned counsel for respondents have appeared in person.

(2.) The captioned Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Endorsement dtd. 30/3/2022 bearing No....[VERNACULAR TEXT OMITTED]... issued by the Assistant Executive Engineer, BESCOM vide Annexure - K and also to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to supply electricity power to M/s.Veeranjaneya Auto Engineering Works.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents have urged several contentions.
