(1.) The writ petition is of the 2006. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner and he is unable to go on with the matter. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

(2.) Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
