JUDGEMENT

(1.) MFA No.3275/2013 is filed by the claimant seeking for enhancement.

(2.) MFA No.6334/2014 is by the owner, challenging the exoneration of the liability of the Insurer.

(3.) The fact that an accident had occurred on 20/5/2011 when the claimant was riding his motor cycle and the offending lorry collided with the motor cycle, is not in dispute.
