JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are before this Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.3811/2021, pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge & C.J.M., Mandya, registered for offences punishable under Ss. 120(B) , 507 of the IPC r/w. 34 of the IPC , arising out of Crime No.65/2017.

(2.) Heard Sri. H.C.Shivaramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners ad Sri K.S.Abhijith, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.
