JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ram Singh K, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. Vishwa Murthy, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent-State and perused the records.

(2.) The present petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.PC. with the following prayer:

Brief facts of the case are as under: A Complaint came to be lodged with Nandini Layout Police Station by Venkatesh s/o late Subramani which was registered in Crime No.211/2021 on 1/8/2021 against the petitioner herein for the offence punishable under Ss. 149, 302, 324 of the IPC. The present petitioner is accused No.5 in the said crime.
