(2.) By way of proposed amendment, the appellant now seeks to challenge the order dtd. 31/3/2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.39343/2016.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to challenge the order dtd. 31/3/2021 passed in W.P.No.39343/2016 in accordance with law.
