(1.) After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition after filing of the charge-sheet.

(3.) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
