JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel Sri.Adithya R Chakragiri appearing for the petitioners and the learned Senior counsel Sri.S.Sriranga appearing for the respondent.

(2.) The petitioners are before this Court seeking for a direction by issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing to consider the representations given by the petitioners on 6/10/2022 which are appended to the petition. This is a limited prayer with which the petitioners are before this Court.

(3.) The pleading of the petitioners is that certain persons who have now been declared to be qualified ought to have been disqualified in terms of clause (i) of the notice inviting the tender.
