(1.) W.P.No.16238/2013 is filed by Rajashekar Ajri, son of the mulgenidar - Lal Chandra Hegde.

(2.) W.P.No.40382/2013 is filed by Jayavarmaraja Ballal, son of Smt.Kinniyamma @ Gunvathiamma (mooli).

(3.) In both the writ petitions, the order registering Sanjeev Rao as the occupant under Sec. 45(1) of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961 is called in question.
