JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Review petition is filed seeking to review the order dtd. 26/10/2021 passed by this Court in W.A.No.983/2014.

(2.) Heard Shri Vikram Huilgol, learned Senior Advocate for the review petitioners and Shri K.Krishna, learned advocate for respondents No.1 to 4.

(3.) Bangalore Development Authority ('BDA' for short) issued Preliminary Notification on 29/12/1988 and Final Notification on 9/5/1994 for acquisition of land, in which review petitioners' name was found. The said Notifications were challenged in W.P.No.7743/1997 by review petitioners' father, which has been dismissed on 27/2/1998 and the said order has attained finality.
