JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C by accused No.12, to enlarge him on bail in a case registered in Crime No.341/2021 of Peenya Police Station.

(2.) Charge Sheet has been filed against accused Nos.1 to 14 for offences punishable under Ss. 114, 143,144,147,148,302,201,120(B) R/W Sec. 149 OF IPC and Sec. 25(1)(B)(b) and Sec. 27 OF ARMS ACT.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the State and perused the material on record.
