JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner in the subject writ petition has sought for the following prayer:

(2.) Heard Sri Trivikram S., learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Yashoda K.P., learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent.

Brief facts leading to the filing of the present petition, as borne out from the pleadings, are as follows: The petitioner on certain allegations registers a private complaint under Sec. 200 of the Cr.P.C. before the learned 9th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore, seeking investigation under Sec. 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. The complaint was presented in the open Court, the office was directed to register the case as PCR and the same was registered as PCR No. 13149/2021.
