JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are the purchasers of plot in Sy.No.296/1 measuring 4 acres 30 guntas of Bhagyanagar village, Koppal district.

(2.) The first petitioner purchased his site on 26/8/2006, whereas other two petitioners purchased their sites on 1/3/2008.

(3.) It is not in dispute that the khata in respect of all the three petitioners were however registered only in the year 2009.
