JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is filed by the insurer questioning the quantum of compensation awarded in MVC No.1308/2014 on the file of the I Additional District Judge and II Additional MACT, Mangalore (DK) in terms of the judgment and award dtd.: 30/6/2016.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, parties are referred to as per their rank before the Tribunal.
