(1.) Defendants 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 15 and 18 have challenged the Judgment and decree dtd. 20/1/2006 passed in O.S.No.95/89 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge(Senior Division) and CJM, Mangalore, in this appeal.
