JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner is an Education Society which has submitted an application seeking permission of the State Government to start B.Pharma course from the Academic Year 2021-22 and the college had also applied for affiliation of first respondent - University to start the course from the Academic Year 2021-2022.

By a Government Order dtd. 30/11/2021 (Annexure-B), the State Government granted permission to the petitioner for commencing B.Pharma course in its college for the Academic Year 2021-2022 with an intake of 60 students subject to terms and conditions, which were part of said Government Order. Pursuant to Government Order dtd. 30/11/2021 (Annexure-B) petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent - University seeking affiliation for its college as per Annexure-D dtd. 18/12/2021.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the last date for admission of students of the course is 31/3/2022, the first respondent-University has not taken any decision on the same. The prayer of petitioner is that a direction may be issued to first respondent-University to take a decision on the representation dtd. 18/12/2021 (Annexure-D) submitted by the petitioner.
