JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

(2.) The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Thasildar, Channagiri Taluk, Channagiri to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey phodi of land bearing Sy.No.6 (New Sy.No.7) measuring 34 acres 21 guntas situated at Kallukatte Village, Belagutti Hobli, Nymathi Taluk, Davanagere District.

(3.) Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online.
