JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed for non compliance of the directions contained in the order dtd. 7/2/2022 passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25887/2017 and other connected matters.

(2.) In compliance of the aforesaid order, the dispute has been referred for adjudication tot he reference court by order dtd. 29/7/2022. The respondent has tendered an unconditional apology. The same is accepted. However, he is advised to be more cautious in future with regard to compliance of the directions issued by this court.
