(3.) The brief facts of the case are as under: A complaint came to be lodged with Women Police Station, Tumkuru by Smt.Kempa Rathnamma W/o.Kemparaju on 13/8/2021, which was registered in Crime No.81/2021 for the offence punishable under Sec. 304-B read with Sec. 34 of IPC at the first instance.
