JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance made by the petitioner through a representation dtd. 21/5/2022 is pending consideration before the Senior Geologist (Ore), Department of Mines and Geology, Gadag. It is further submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the aforesaid authority to decide the representation of the petitioner.

(3.) On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner shall be taken in accordance with law.
