(2.) The petition has been filed seeking for the following relief:

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of an application being submitted by him on 1/4/2022 seeking for raising demand for conversion fine, collection thereof and granting order of deemed conversion in respect of land bearing Sy.No.122/2 measuring 1 acre 20 guntas out of 2 acres 20 guntas situated at Ranakunda Village, Taluk and District Belagavi, no demand has been raised on the order being passed.
