JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri M.C. Hukkeri, learned counsel undertakes to enter appearance on behalf of respondent No.7.

(2.) This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Trial Court by which the petitioners' application for amending the written statement has been rejected.

(3.) By the amendment, the petitioner sought to delete paragraph Nos. 4 to 7 and to insert new paragraphS Nos. 4 to 7(b).
