JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner who is the Vice President of Kandagal Gram Panchayat, Hunagund Taluk, is aggrieved by the impugned meeting notice dtd. 5/7/2022 issued by respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner, Bagalkot Sub- Division, Bagalkot, scheduling a meeting on 21/7/2022 to consider the motion of no-confidence moved by the members of the Gram Panchayat.

(2.) Learned Counsel Sri Vijay S. Chinivar who had entered caveat on behalf of respondents No.6 and 15, submits that he has instructions to appear for all the other contesting respondents.

(3.) This Court on 18/7/2022 directed the learned AGA to secure the original records.
